INCOMING OVERSEAS TOURS
Following a request from the RFU Disciplinary Officer all clubs are required to obtain a list of players on incoming tours before any game is played. The players are asked to sign indicating their compliance with the RFU Disciplinary regulations.
This has become necessary because one visitor was red-carded in a game and there was no mechanism in place to trace the individual in order that he could be dealt with by the relevant local disciplinary body.
The form is available from the RFU website together with the incoming tour approval form. It does not need to be completed as part of the approval process nor before the team(s) arrive.
