Ladies Touch Rugby at Barnet RFC

LADIES TOUCH RUGBY FESTIVAL ON THE 17th JUNE 07 from 2.00pm.
It is a family event comprising of the Main event “Touch Rugby” but also including events for all the family including Table Tennis, BBQ the Club Bar will be open and a party feeling to boot.
We have wanted to do this for a long time, to encourage more women to try “Touch” and by doing it this way we hopefully widen the circle bringing more people into the game. We are very happy that the Rugby Football Union is supporting us. Please bring as many people as possible to Barnet Rugby Club on the 17th of June, so they can try this fun game.
Bring a team of experienced players, and just as many non experienced players as you can. The experienced players will pass on their knowledge to the novices. Each team will be made up of 7 players including 2 experienced players. The pitch layout is half the size of a normal pitch. The point is to get as many people to try this great game as possible. We need you to register your team or teams for a small fee of 2 pounds per player, so we can plan the event as best we can well ahead of time. We will send you all the information you need to promote it, just email us so we can forward you an application pack, which will have all the information needed, rules etc.
Please help us make this happen, sign up and we are off. Having played this game for nearly 3 years I can strongly recommend it. We are inviting the age group of 16+.
