New Registrar for London & SE
NEW LONDON REGISTRAR
The Registrar for London and SE Competitions is an independent service employed directly by the Rugby Football Union to undertake the Registration of Players and to distribute Registration Lists and information to the London Competitions Committee, the League Secretaries and the clubs in the Competitions.
The Registrar is solely responsible to the RFU and his rulings carry Regulatory power which cannot be overturned by a League Secretary or by the London Competitions Committee although advice can be sought from the Divisional Secretary or the Chairman of London Competitions.
For the 2007 – 2008 season, the Rugby Football Union has appointed the
First Eleven Sports Agency ( Bob MORRISON ) to operate the service.

The Transfer Deadline for the 2007 – 2008 season is
Friday 2nd March 2007.
Clubs are reminded that the Player must hold EFFECTIVE Registration – that is he must have completed his waiting period – by this date in order to play for the club during the remainder of the season unless he is a ‘Permitted Player’ in accordance with Regulation 2.1 of the Registration of Players Regulations or is a contracted player returning after a loan period.
