Job Title: Girls U18 County Rugby Lead Coach

Salary: voluntary

Location: Mainly Middx but matches in other counties
Coaching Sessions: As per the RFUW calendar,and some meetings

Job Description

Middx girls rugby development group is seeking to appoint a Lead coach to the County Girls U18 team who play in County competition , the dates are set by the RFUW.

The coaches should have a minimum of a RFU level 1 coaching qualification and experience in coaching young people.
Applicants should have proven Rugby coaching ability and experience of coaching young people, preferably girls.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as is an understanding of working with players to deliver at an appropriate level to further develop their skills.

You will be aged 21+and successful applicants will be required to produce a current RFU CRB certificate before any delivery can take place.

County coaches will be required to attend the Middx girls’ rugby development forum meetings, which are held 3 or 4 times a season..

Middx girls rugby development group is seeking to appoint either one team manager to manage both teams or a team manager to manage each.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as is an understanding of record keeping.

You will be aged 21+and successful applicants will be required to produce a current RFU CRB certificate before any delivery can take place. If this certificate is not held, a CRB application will need to be completed .

The successful applicant(s) will be required to attend the Middx girls’ rugby development forum meetings, which are held 3 or 4 times a season..
