Club Coach Co-ordinators meeting

Venue: London Welsh FC

Old Deer Park, Kew Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 2AZ

The RFU’s Club Coaching Coordinator programme helps clubs to receive up to date information about coaching courses and resources, and also, to tell the RFU and Constituent Body their coaching needs to help improve rugby provision at the club.

Just as each club will have a Secretary and Chairman, it is envisaged that each club will appoint a Club Coaching Coordinator, (CCC) who will help to ensure that the all of the club’s coaches receive and access the best coaching programmes, training and resources.

The demands of this position are not onerous and may be suited to either an administrator with some interest in coaching, through to a club Director of Rugby, who has responsibility for coaching development. CCCs will meet around twice-a-year on a County or local basis, and receive a full inventory of coaching resources, together with RFU branded personal equipment.
