“HEAD COACH WANTED FOR NEW SEASON “
Following the appointment of our current Head Coach as Assistant Manager to the England Under 18 team, Hammersmith & Fulham RFC are now looking for a new Head Coach to take charge from the start of the 2008/2009 season. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the Club’s push for promotion to London 2.
The Club was promoted to London 3 North West last season, which was our fourth promotion in seven seasons.
We currently field four sides (as well as having a Ladies XV and a thriving Youth & Mini Section). Whilst the First XV plays in London 3 North West the lower sides all compete in the Middlesex Merit Tables.
Home matches are played at Hurlingham Park, Fulham, where the Club has access to excellent floodlit training facilities. Further information about all aspects of the Club can be found on the Club's website (www.FulhamRugby.co.uk).The Club prides itself on its friendliness, but is serious about its rugby.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the training of all of the adult male sides; will work closely with the Club’s Fitness Coach, and be specifically responsible for the First XV on match days. In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing a coaching team that will assist him. We envisage that the successful candidate will be an ambitious, experienced Level 2 Coach.
